Employee coaching BPS Tulungagung in Order Change Management Internalization 2016

On November 3, 2016 has been carried Development BPS employees Tulungagung in Order Change Management Internalization of 2016, held at Hotel Istana Tulungagung. Guidance was attended by all employees of BPS Tulungagung consisting of all structural officials, staff and the entire Coordinator Statistics subdistricts (CWC) and was opened by the Head of BPS Tulungagung Ir. Satya Hari Soedibjo, MM.

The coaching is done to prepare the BPS employees in order to meet the implementation of the Reforms in the BPS for 5 (five) years into the future, based on the Vision, Mission and Core Values ​​BPS, and Strategic Issues and Priorities Agenda contained in RPJMN 2015-2019. Reforms currently the strengthening of the implementation of the Reforms earlier. Strengthening is done through the following steps:

b. Continuing efforts to change

c. Identifying other problems and find solutions to solve

d. Widening the scope of the implementation of the Reforms
