Abstract

In August 2017 Tulungagung Regency experienced Deflation of 0.21 percent with Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 121.35 in August down compared to July 2017 CPI of 121.61. Of the 8 Cities that calculated Inflation, all experienced deflation. The highest deflation occurred in Malang, which reached 0.57 percent, followed by Sumenep 0.25 percent, Surabaya and Probolinggo respectively of 0.19 percent, Kediri by 0.17 percent, Madiun by 0.16 percent, Banyuwangi by 0, 11 percent, and Jember by 0.09 percent.
