Development of the March Consumer Price Index

Abstract

In March 2024 there will be year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Tulungagung Regency

amounting to 2.98 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 107.31.

Y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices as indicated by rising prices

some indexes of expenditure groups, namely: food, beverage and

tobacco by 7.46 percent; clothing and footwear group of 0.87

percent; groups of supplies, equipment and routine household maintenance

by 0.58 percent; transportation group at 0.39 percent; group

provision of food and drinks/restaurants by 2.25 percent; and groups

personal care and other services amounted to 1.72 percent.
